Use instead rpi-gitea - provides the same functionality
To create and start it is recommended to use a linked Mysql/Mariadb/Postgres container. Have a look at https://hub.docker.com/r/sushie/rpi-mariadb/ for a Mariadb image.
To create and start a container just simply do the following:
docker run -d --name=YOURNAME -p YOUR_EXTERNAL_SSH_PORT:22 -p YOUR_EXTERNAL_HTTP_PORT:3000 --restart=always --link YOUR_LINKED_DB_CONTAINER -v YOUR_EXTERNAL_GOGS_DATA_DIR:/data sushie/rpi-gogs
docker run -d --name=rpi-gogs -p 10022:22 -p 13000:3000 --restart=always --link rpi-mariadb -v /opt/share/docker/gogs:/data sushie/rpi-gogs
