Ubuntu 16.04 base image for SwerpBox with S6 overlay.

Crafted for use with other SwerpBox containers and probably not applicable for other use cases.

Original file system built with debootstrap to ensure the smallest possible Ubuntu image size.

Creates a user swerp belonging to users and swerp groups.
