⁠Why does this exist?

The official Botpress releases currently lack native support for ARM64 architectures. If you are developing on an M-series Mac or deploying to an ARM-based server, the standard images will either fail or run poorly under emulation. This image was compiled natively for ARM64 using the official Botpress monorepo source.

⁠How to use this image

⁠Quick Start (Docker Run)

You can spin up the server quickly using the following command:

docker run -d \
  -p 3000:3000 \
  --name botpress-server \
  t1r1rizk/botpress:arm64

⁠Using Docker Compose

For a more permanent setup, here is a basic docker-compose.yml:

version: '3.8'
services:
  botpress:
    image: t1r1rizk/botpress:arm64
    container_name: botpress-arm64
    ports:
      - "3000:3000"
    environment:
      - NODE_ENV=production
    restart: unless-stopped
