A modification of komga that adds a manifest to enable shortcuts that open full screen in android.

A couple things to be aware of if you use this:

• gotson has NO involvement with this, don't bother him with any issues involving this image.
• The UI wasn't meant for this, so there are a few places that aren't ideal and sometimes the only way to escape a place in the UI is to go back to the beginning.
• This may not always be up to date with the main release. It also stands to chance I'll never update it.

An interesting thing to note though is that you can use this image to create the shortcut, then switch back to the official release and the shortcut will still work. Magic!
