Deploy helm and kubectl as a POD inside your kubernetes cluster.

When deploying the POD please ensure that the tag version matches your kubernetes version. Only the first two numbers needs to match. The smallest number (minor version) does not need to match. So kubernetes version 1.28.9 can use kubectl-helm:amd64-1.28.1 since the 1.28 part of the version matches. The last digit '1 vs 9' should not cause any issues.
Ensure that you have a service account with all cluster role binding permissions set up that is called admin-user in the default namespace.

Then can deploy it as a deployment by using the yaml below:
