htslib: alpine linux with bash, libcurl, and htslib. This provides bgzip, htsfile, and tabix, and is built so that cloud URLs are functional (e.g. tabix of remote files works).
pyro: Ubuntu linux with python3, pytorch, and pyro. The image has git, conda, curl, etc.
