⁠NEK5000 Docker image

An NEK5000 image which is mainly designed to execute jobs.

⁠Usage

Executing an NEK5000 case from the current directory:

cd path/to/case/dir
docker container run -it --rm -v $PWD:/data tefe/nek5000:latest YOUR_EXECUTE_SCRIPT   

Get a bash with all containg commands:

docker container run -it --rm -v $PWD:/data tefe/nek5000:latest bash

Notice

You can change $PWD to any directory or environment variable that contains the case files.
