QNAP support said that hardware acceleration with Intel GPUs isn’t possible in Virtualization Station (which is based on QEMU), unless you have a dedicated GPU for passthrough. My QNAP TS-364 does not support a dedicated GPU. However, it is possible to enable hardware acceleration using a QEMU Docker container, though it requires a fix. As a result, I no longer need Virtualization Station.
