This image can be used to build an Android apps with bazel. It includes Android SDK 28, NDK r17b and the bazel 2.0.0.

You can build your own image with the command:

docker build -f Dockerfile-bazel \
    --build-arg android_version=28 \
    --build-arg ndk_version=android-ndk-r17b \
    -t <your tag> .
