⁠What is this?

I want to try using Docker containers to run CUDA code in my nVidia Jetson Nano machines. Unfortunately, there's no official ARM64 images for CUDA.

After some searching, I found latnaio's lic-docker-cuda-ce⁠ repository. With just some modifications, and a few work-arounds, I was able to get his image to build with CUDA 10.2! All credit where is due, I wouldn't have been able to do this without their work.
