just rebuild of official docker image with "docker buildx" for armv7 and arm64 (for rpi and other)

That repo only there because of lack of arm (linux/arm/v7 and arm64) image for Raspberry PI (or other arm sbc). I just want to simple upgrade the app on rpi4 and docker (with comple line script) became really simple and effective solution.
