How to use this image This image requires a running PostgreSQL server.

Start a PostgreSQL server $ docker run -d -e POSTGRES_USER=odoo -e POSTGRES_PASSWORD=odoo --name db postgres:9.4 Start an Odoo instance $ docker run -p 8069:8069 --name odoo --link db:db -t theknightcoder/odoo The alias of the container running Postgres must be db for Odoo to be able to connect to the Postgres server.
