MySQL fixed version: 5.7
Run: docker run --name opencart -p80:80 -d thiagobarradas/opencart:3.0.2.0-php7.1
Always run with port 80 and access via loopback dns localhost. For change this, access opencart admin page, change the configurations and restart container with new port or access in via new host, if changed.
After starting the container, it's common to appear error when accessing localhost immediately, this happens because mysql is still in the process of initialization. Usually in less than 1 minute, everything is fine.
Please report the issue in GitHub that I will be as quick as possible in the fix.
