⁠CLUSTER-SMI Dockerized with docker container information

This version is to show container information associated with each process. And unlike ieggel's dockerized version, it correctly displays command information as well. Also, I added cluster-smi-sse for anyone who want to construct website or anything using Server Sent Event(SSE). In order to correctly use this docker images, refer to following commands and configuration:

Example config file, saved to ~/.cluster-smi/cluster-smi.yml :

tick: 1               # tick for receiving data in seconds
timeout: 180             # duration considered as timeout (machine is considered as offline after x sec)
router_ip: 192.168.x.x     # ip of cluster-smi-server
ports:
  nodes: 9000            # port of cluster-smi-server, which nodes send to
  clients: 9001          # port of cluster-smi-server, where clients subscribe to
  sse: 3000               # port for cluster-smi-sse

: cluster-smi-router :

docker run -d --name cluster-smi-router --restart=always -v /var/run/docker.sock:/var/run/docker.sock --privileged -v /proc:/host/proc --net=host -v ~/.cluster-smi/cluster-smi.yml:/cluster-smi.yml tigerdockermediocore/cluster-smi:latest ./cluster-smi-router

docker run -d --name cluster-smi-sse --restart=always --log-opt max-size=1m --net=host -v ~/.cluster-smi/cluster-smi.yml:/cluster-smi.yml tigerdockermediocore/cluster-smi:latest ./cluster-smi-sse

docker run -d --runtime=nvidia --name cluster-smi-node --restart=always -v /var/run/docker.sock:/var/run/docker.sock --privileged -v /proc:/host/proc  --net=host --log-opt max-size=10m -v ~/.cluster-smi/cluster-smi.yml:/cluster-smi.yml tigerdockermediocore/cluster-smi:latest ./cluster-smi-node

cluster-smi (client) :

docker run -ti --net=host --log-opt max-size=10m -v ~/.cluster-smi/cluster-smi.yml:/cluster-smi.yml tigerdockermediocore/cluster-smi:latest ./cluster-smi
