Solr installation using the Jetty Alpine image.

The Solr directory (with the cores and solr.xml) will be used from the /var/lib/jetty/solr folder. This should allow you to setup your own Solr configurations, and multi-core. This gives more flexibility to control the configuration, but puts the burden of the configuration on the user.

The Solr contrib folder is installed at /var/lib/jetty/contrib which translates to setting solr.contrib.dir=../../contrib either in the solrcore.properties or solrconfig.xml in the core's /var/lib/jetty/solr/[core]/conf folder.
