⁠tstasker

A single-container task tracker with kiosk mode, per-account task lists, and admin-configurable password policy. Built on FastAPI, serving its own frontend — no separate web server needed.

• Kiosk mode toggle for a shared/wall-mounted display
• Owner-scoped "user" role (no dashboard/admin access) alongside a full admin role
• Admin-configurable password complexity tiers (Simple / Standard / Secure)
• Forced password-reset flow when a tier change makes an existing password non-compliant
• Task lists tied to accounts (not free-text names)
• Recurring task lists — a list can auto-recreate itself daily (timezone + NTP-synced scheduler), managed from its own Recurring Tasks page
• Dark mode toggle
• First-run web-based admin setup — no docker exec required

⁠Quick start

docker run -d \
  --name tstasker \
  -p 8080:8000 \
  -v tstasker_data:/app/data \
  tjsyl/tstasker:latest

Then open http://<host>:8080 and follow the first-run setup flow to create an admin account.
