⁠Visual Studio Code Server

Since container images provided by coder/deploy-code-server⁠ do not support architecture arm/v8, which is required to run e.g. on Raspberry Pi 4 with 64 bit OS, a separate container image is required.

Additionally, to run the container using Podman instead of Docker, it is easier to run the server as root user inside the container, to have the files being edited/created on the host file mount as that non-root user that runs the container. This requires much less configuration for running the container.
