Production container for simulating EaT samples with ldmx-sw.

EaT-related samples are now producible through the mainline container, so this repo will begin to transition to be focused on a container with EaT-related analyzers compiled into it. Some tags are relics of the old method of production. Until a release of ldmx-sw is made with the EaT-related samples, we will be using the ldcs tag of this repository as the base image for installing the analyzers.
