Minecraft docker container for vanilla 1.6, TerraFirmaCraft, TerraFirmaPunk and Direwolf20
4.0K
Base image is now openjdk:alpine for smaller images
Minecraft files are downloaded and installed under /srv/minecraft.
Easiest way to run a container: docker run -d -it topfdrummer/minecraft:direwolf20
Change the external Port: docker run -d -it -p 25502:25565 topfdrummer/minecraft:direwolf20
named container: docker run -d -it -p 25502:25565 --name minecraft topfdrummer/minecraft:direwolf20
I personally prefere to mount the world data outside of the container (here in /srv/minecraft/1.7.10.direwolf):
docker run -d -it -p 25502:25565 -v /srv/minecraft/1.7.10.direwolf:/srv/minecraft/world topfdrummer/minecraft:direwolf20
docker attach <containername>/whitelist add <username> and /whitelist reload/op <username>ctrl-p and ctrl-qvanilla 1.6.4: topfdrummer/minecraft:1.6.4
TerraFirmaCraft: topfdrummer/minecraft:tfc
TerraFirmaPunk: topfdrummer/minecraft:tfp
Direwolf20: topfdrummer/minecraft:direwolf20
Skyfactory3: topfdrummer/minecraft:sf
Unfortunatly there is no versioning at the moment. So if I update direwolf20 from 1.9 to 1.10, the available container will be with 1.10.
