Inspired by the work of Scotty Hardy's wine Dockerfile.
Downgraded to Wine 4.0.3 to support ADODB connection that BioEdit requires. It also requires the mdac28 dll.
Write to winebioedit docker volume a new wine env, install mdac28 (winetricks) and install BioEdit.
You'll have to provide your own BioEdit setup.

Install mdac28 because of Error creating object. Assert Microsoft Data Access Components 2.1 have been properly installed.
winetricks mdac28

Downgrade to wine 4.0.3 with the error message
X Error of failed request: BadValue
as the only hint.
Sorry.
While downgrading, I switched to root and forgot about it.
