24/7 alert sidecar for the TrAIding Floor autonomous Hyperliquid trader. Polls /api/hyper_floor/status every minute and posts to Telegram on:

• daily PnL drops more than DRAWDOWN_PCT_TRIP (default 10%)
• fill rate drops below FILL_RATE_TRIP (default 30%)
• the agent process dies
• every HEARTBEAT_INTERVAL_H hours (default 4)

Needs TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN and TELEGRAM_CHAT_ID set in user-data/.env. Crashloops harmlessly without them.
