This image contains Ubuntu 14.04 as a base. Caffe (a framework for building neural nets) has been built in the container with OpenBLAS as the linear algebra backend. The choice to modify Caffe's default docker build and use OpenBLAS was to enable multithreading in CPU-only mode.
