trondaal/entedit-compose repository overview

The Docker Compose file for EntEdit, published as an OCI artifact. This is not a container image — docker run does not apply. Use it to start the whole system without downloading anything:

docker compose -f oci://docker.io/trondaal/entedit-compose:latest up -d

Open http://localhost/entedit/ and set the SPARQL endpoint to http://localhost/graphdb/repositories/EntEdit.

Three services are started: the web app (trondaal/entedit), GraphDB (ontotext/graphdb), and a one-shot initialiser (trondaal/entedit-init) that creates the repository, loads the IFLA-LRM/RDA vocabulary and sample data, and builds the full-text indexes. Database contents persist in a Docker volume.

No Compose file is left on disk, so repeat the same -f oci://... reference for later commands:

docker compose -f oci://docker.io/trondaal/entedit-compose:latest down

Requires a Docker Compose version that supports oci://. Licence: CC BY-NC 4.0.
