Simple rest api which responds with lots of information about the incoming request. Use it to troubleshoot/test microservice routing and other things. By default it listens on port 80, can be overriden by setting the LISTEN_PORT environment variable.
If you set the environment variable SHOW_ENVVARS to TRUE, environment vars will also be printed.
Be careful with this, so you don't leak any sensitive information.

Note that for http post, the request.json_body uses flasks request.json object, which will only be filled if content-type is set to application/json.
