LaTeX⁠ image, based on blang/latex⁠ with Dojo⁠ installed.

Dojo allows LaTeX commands to be invoked through Docker with mounted access to the host machine's file system and without building up redundant Docker images. In short, Docker's functionality streamlined for use as a one-off command rather than an environment - which is how TeX is generally used.
