Docker image that bakes Nexus 3 + Keycloak Plugin and setup scripts.

kubectl create secret generic nexus-setup --from-file=./nexus_example_setup.json

When nexus starts it should run the ./scripts/k8sPostStart.sh script to bootstrap initial configuration and users.
