tsxcloud/enshrouded-arm repository overview

The goal of this build is to enable running Enshrouded on Wine with all the latest features: staging-tkg-ntsync-wow64, on both arm64 and amd64 platforms. Additional information can be found here:
https://github.com/tsx-cloud/enshrouded-arm

ARM

The latest tag is based on Kron4ek/Wine-Builds (10.10 TkG Staging NTsync) and Box64 (v0.3.7) as the emulator. The build for amd64 is basically the same as for arm64, except that everything runs natively there, without any emulators.

The arm64-fex tag is based on the hangover project (Wine 10.09) and FEX-emu (v2506). But to run SteamCMD, it still uses Box64. I recommend always using the latest tag. arm64-fex is experimental.
You can set your custom Box64 configuration in
./enshrouded/persistentdata/settings/emulators.rc
This lets you fine-tune the emulator for your specific device or OS. A list of available environment variables can be found here:
https://github.com/ptitSeb/box64/blob/main/docs/USAGE.md
and here (for arm64-fex tag):

docker-compose.yml

    #This is required for ntsync to work inside Docker.
    #If ntsync support is not enabled in your Linux kernel, comment out this section, otherwise Docker Compose won't start.

Settings

All server settings are configured via the file
./enshrouded/persistentdata/settings/enshrouded_server.json

By default, it comes with some super basic (and very guessable) passwords like:

"userGroups": [
    { "name": "Admin", "password": "Admin" },
    { "name": "Friend", "password": "Friend" },
    { "name": "Guest", "password": "Guest" }
]

I highly recommend changing them before going public with your server — unless you want randoms logging in as admins. 😉
