tuftsttsrt/rserver repository overview

Since R v4.4.0, Tufts HPC began to use containers to build and run R and RStudio server on Tufts HPC. The RStudio server is also used to run RStudio on Tufts Open OnDemand platform.

Within the container, we pre-installed >1300 R packages for bioinformatics, data science, physics and other domains.
