ubuntu install with python and twython pre-installed to create a twitter bot

Creates an ubuntu image with twython and python installed.
Just update the API details within /root/twitterbot/TwitterBot.py file to your own from Twitter and then call the file using the following command:
python /root/twitterbot/TwitterBot.py "YOUR TWEET GOES HERE"
