TunnelG is a simple TCP proxy server + client running on top of websocket.
The client container creates a socks5 server and tunnels all TCP traffic through a Websocket server created by the server container.
Example usage:
On the server:
sudo docker run --rm --network host tunnelg/server --bindAddr=127.0.0.1:8080 --key=password
It is recommended to run remote server through a SSL proxy.
example docker compose file for running server with auto ssl support:
# docker-compose.yml
version: '2'
services:
nginx:
image: valian/docker-nginx-auto-ssl
restart: on-failure
ports:
- 80:80
- 443:443
environment:
SITES: 'serverdomain=tunnelg:1081'
tunnelg:
image: tunnelg/server
command: ["--bindAddr=0.0.0.0:1081", "key=password"]
Locally:
sudo docker run --rm --network host tunnelg/client --key=password --remoteUrl=wss://remoteserver/
