Create a directory to put your files in:
mkdir -p data
echo -e "a,b\n1,2\n3,4" > data/test.csv
Run the IPython shell inside rows image, sharing the created directory:
docker run --rm -it -v $(pwd)/data:/data turicas/rows:0.4.0 ipython
Access the command-line interface:
docker run --rm -it -v $(pwd)/data:/data turicas/rows:0.4.0 rows print /data/test.csv
