turkeryildirim/nginx repository overview

This image is built on alpine linux that includes nginx 1.14.0 web server and php 7.2.8 (xdebug enabled) with SSL support. Tested with Docker version 18.06.0-ce on linux.

How to run: docker run -d --name my_nginx_with_php -p 80:80 -p 443:443 -v /var/www/localhost/htdocs:/var/www/localhost/htdocs turkeryildirim/nginx

You could get docker file and configs that are used in container from https://github.com/turkeryildirim/docker-nginx⁠

After your container becomes up & running state, you could access nginx web server on port 80 and 443. e.g. http://localhost/⁠ and https://localhost/⁠

Xdebug is set to listen on port 9001 and checks for PHPSTORM idekey by default so be sure that you make correct setup for your favorite IDE.
