A base image for all our services.

⁠Requirements

All core python requirements are managed in this image. To add any dependecy on your app level image add it on requirement.txt

⁠Tags

v1 - Base image for v1 app and any other app that reuires python2 & Flask. latest - Base image for v2 services - has python3 & nameko pre-installed

⁠How to use

Nameko base apps.. this a basic example on how you might want to setup your app.

FROM twigatech/alpine-base:latest
COPY .   /var/app
RUN chmod +x /var/app/run.sh
WORKDIR /var/app/
RUN python3 -m pip install -r requirements.txt --no-cache-dir
EXPOSE 8080
EXPOSE 3000
RUN mkdir /var/app/files
WORKDIR /var/app/
CMD /var/app/run.sh
