Basic nginx Build w/LetsEncrypt Pre-Configured (This is just nginx, not letsencrypt).

Uses environment variables of 'ENV_DOMAIN_NAME' and 'ENV_UPSTREAM_HOST'. Add Additional server block with unique port and set ENV_UPSTREAM_HOST to said port/host.
