Docker image that extends the stock Prisma image with a bootstrap entry script. The script reads environment variables to build the PRISMA_CONFIG variable that is then passed into the start script.

Variables:

DB_HOST
DB_USER
DB_NAME
DB_PASSWORD or DB_PASSWORD_SSM_PATH

When provided the DB_PASSWORD_SSM_PATH param is used to load the password from AWS Parameter Store. NOTE: if used inside an ECS container, the Task Definition must access via an IAM policy to access the SSM parameter as well as decrypt it using KMS.
