This Docker image contains the dependencies for the GBM PDX STR Similarity Search Tool which is currently hosted at https://gliomamodels.com⁠.

Version => 1.0.0 represents version(s) linked to the release of the app, while versions prior to 1.0.0 were versions pushed during development. If pulled locally, it's recommended to pull the latest tag. Please follow the instructions in the GitHub README for further details of launching the app locally (although we recommend using the website noted above for most users).
