Docker image that fetches the latest version of MWDumper from https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/diffusion/MWDU/mwdumper.git⁠, builds it and runs it. You must specify two volumes:

• /dumps - Location of dump files to convert
• /sql - Location of resulting SQL files
