Rebuilding the NVIDIA NGC Tensorflow GPU docker image for use with a JupyterLab IDE or Jupyter notebook single user server. Builds include both PyTorch and Tensorflow when possible.

Current Jupyter versions:

Also includes the jupyter-nvdashboard and jupyter-tensorboard extensions in the container image (among others).
