⁠Cloud CDR Server for Avaya Aura CM and IP Office

The CloudCDR tool inherits all functions from AvayaCDR, it also has some specific features for cloud based CDR applications. For example, a cloud based CDR accounting software hosted on the internet, it accepts CDR data from different customers around the globe. Once the data for a customer is imported to the accounting software, the software can provide personalized functions and features for that particular customer. ⁠Create the Container

To create a container as daemon process, enter the following command
docker run -d -p 14004:14004 -p 5001:5001 -p 5002:5002 -v /var/log/cloudcdr:/var/log/cloudcdr -e TZ=Asia/Hong_Kong --name cloudcdr  cloudcdr:tagname
To create a container as daemon process and store the cdr data to external database, enter the following command
docker run -d -p 14004:14004 -p 5001:5001 -p 5002:5002 -v /var/log/cloudcdr:/var/log/cloudcdr -e TZ=Asia/Hong_Kong --add-host=cdrremotedb:192.168.1.20 --name cloudcdr  cloudcdr:tagname
Port number description as following:
  • 14004: Telnet port of CloudCDR
  • 5001: CloudCDR listening port for receing CDR over TCP port
  • 5002: CloudCDR listening port for receing CDR over Reliable Session Protocol port
  • If you host has enabled SELinux, add option --security-opt label=disable

⁠Configure the CloudCDR Parameters

Telnet to the CloudCDR console, update the following parameters
  • cdr_sftplicensekey
  • Enter command "add tcp 5001 * * custom cdr" to add the TCP CDR port
  • Enter command "add tcp 5002 * * custom rsp" to add the Reliable Session Protocol CDR port

⁠Restrt the CloudCDR Inside the Container

After the container is created, you can enter into the container by the following command
docker exec -i -t cloudcdr bash
You can restart the CloudCDR program by the following command
/usr/local/upinget/stopcloudcdr.sh
