A simple web api micro service based on ASP.NET Core Web API for managing students information using GET, POST, PUT and DELETE Restful operations. To run the image, specify the external port of your host and map it to port 80 of container. for example: docker run -p 80:80 urmiaking/my-web-api:latest. for quick description of APIs run http://localhost/swagger⁠. APIs can be tested using swagger. although we can use postman. Open postman and send a request to http://localhost/api/students⁠ to get the students information in JSON format. to get a specific student information pass the ID of student to url like this: http://localhost/api/students/1⁠. for editing a student's informations send a PUT request to for example http://localhost/api/students/2⁠ with edited student information in body of request with json format. to add a student simply call the http://localhost/api/students⁠ with student information in body of the request. and finally for deleting a student just send a DELETE request with id of the student like this: http://localhost/api/students/1⁠ This service uses an in memory database for testing purposes and data doesn't persist during container restarts. source code is available on github: https://github.com/urmiaking/my-web-api.git⁠
