⁠JEM Ever4Cast Scoring and Ranking Tools (R-code)

These tools take output from models run on Ever4Cast simulation data and create summary information such as scoring, ranking, and landscape averages.

⁠Environment Variables

Several environment variables are available:

• INPUT_FOLDER, defaults to /input/jem_python_r-model_Data
• OUTPUT_FOLDER, defaults to /output/jem_python_r-model_Data

Suggestions:

• -v maps directories on the host to directories inside the container. It is suggested provide mappings for:
  • /input, which is where one or more input CSV files can be found and structured as described above
  • /output, which is where the model will store modeling outputs
• -u to set user and group ids to that the resulting output will be owned by your username and group
• -e VAR= to provide options to the application. Available options are described in the section above
