This image is just ~1GB in size. It used to test the speed of docker registries.

At container-registry.com⁠ we use this image to test image download and upload speeds and track down proxy or network issues on the receiving end, especially for large image files.

This file contains random data, so compression algorithms in transit and rest aren't working.
