⁠How to use

Download a sample in BAM format

wget http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg19/encodeDCC/wgEncodeUwRepliSeq/wgEncodeUwRepliSeqGm12878G1bAlnRep1.bam

Start converting BAM file to FastQ file

sudo docker run --rm -v ${PWD}:/data varikmp/samtools bam2fq /data/wgEncodeUwRepliSeqGm12878G1bAlnRep1.bam > wgEncodeUwRepliSeqGm12878G1bAlnRep1.fq
