问脉 (TM) SDK，包含其头文件、可执行文件、静态库、动态库以及软件部署配置（如 pkg-config，*.cmake 等），是长亭科技的私有资产，并且是有著作权的软件制品。
问脉 (TM) SDK（以下简称“本 SDK”），在终端用户遵从以下许可协议的前提下，由长亭科技授权给终端用户使用：

  1. 无提供源代码或实现细节的保证。长亭科技无义务提供本 SDK 的源代码或实现细节。
  2. 禁止逆向工程。任何人无权公开发布本 SDK 的反编译、逆向工程和二次开发产物。
  3. 无担保。终端用户使用前需了解并接受安装和使用本 SDK 带来的风险。长亭科技无义务为本 SDK 造成或可能造成的计算机系统异常恢复提供帮助。可能的后果包含但不仅限于：系统配置破坏，永久性的数据丢失和程序崩溃。
  4. 无责任。一切基于本 SDK 采取的非法行为终端用户的个人行为，与长亭科技无任何责任关联。
  5. 不可商用。商业产品不允许通过任何方式集成本 SDK。
  6. 若无显式声明，长亭科技默认不给予终端用户任何额外许可。
  7. 若无显式免责声明，长亭科技默认对任何附加责任免责。

若不同意上述的所有条款，你不应该开始使用，或者应该立即停止使用问脉 (TM) SDK。在安装或配置本 SDK 所包含的任何文件后，即等同于你已经同意了上述所有条款。

The libVeinMind (TM) SDK, including header files, executable files, archives and shared libraries, and software deployment configurations (pkg-config, *.cmake, etc.), is a proprietary asset of Chaitin Tech, and is copyrighted software product.
The libVeinMind (TM) SDK (abbreviated "the SDK"), is granted by Chaitin Tech to be used by its end users, under the following terms of license agreement:

  1. No guarantee for the source code or implementation detail provision. It is not obliged for Chaitin Tech to provide source code or implementation detail for the SDK.
  2. Reverse engineering is prohibited. No one is allowed to distribute their products of decompiling, reverse engineering or re-development of the SDK.
  3. No warranty. The end user must understand and accept the risk of installing and using SDK. Chaitin Tech is not obliged to offer any support for recovering from any anamoly consequence of caused by or potentially caused by the SDK. Including but not limited to: broken system configuration, permanent data loss, program crash.
  4. No responsibility. Any illegal action taken by the end users using SDK is their personal act and has nothing to do with Chaitin Tech.
  5. No commercial use. No commercial product is allowed to use SDK in any mean.
  6. Without explicit declaration, no additional permission is implicitly granted by Chaitin Tech.
  7. Without explicit disclaming, any additional responsibility is implicitly disclamed by Chaitin Tech.

You should not begin to use, and should stop using libVeinmind (TM) SDK without accepting all term above. By installing or configuring any file of the libVeinMind (TM) SDK, it is equivalent to your accepting all license agreements.
