⁠usage

navigate to the directory with your data and run:

xhost local:root
docker run -v $(pwd):/data --rm  -e DISPLAY=$DISPLAY -v /tmp/.X11-unix:/tmp/.X11-unix  vera/epi2me

Your current directory will be mounted in /data
