Dans cette ville du futur, une place particulière sera accordée aux transports en commun à grande vitesse, de gigantesques "tournesols" couvriront les rues de la chaleur du jour, et l'énergie accumulée par eux ne sera utilisée que la nuit.
Ville verte dans le désert
Dubaï est une autre ville des Émirats arabes unis qui peut pleinement répondre aux exigences de la ville du futur. Spécialistes de l'entreprise
Baharash Architecture a créé un projet qui a utilisé les principales réalisations mondiales en matière de construction durable.
Les plus importants pour la ville "verte" de demain, ils retrouvent les principes de l'écologie et la simplicité de l'interaction sociale des habitants. Leur projet comprend 550 villas confortables, des établissements d'enseignement et des fermes biologiques, qui seront alimentées par 200 kilomètres carrés de panneaux solaires.
Des panneaux solaires pourront fournir la moitié des besoins de la ville, et l'utilisation de transports en commun respectueux de l'environnement compensera le reste des émissions de carbone.
Kjellgren Kaminsky Architecture estime également que l'habitat dense est l'une des caractéristiques de la ville du futur. Plus précisément, des bâtiments super denses.
Les spécialistes du bureau proposent de faire de la deuxième plus grande ville suédoise de Göteborg la ville du futur. Selon leurs plans, des bâtiments ultra-denses et l'utilisation des toits pour les potagers, les panneaux solaires et les éoliennes satisferont pleinement tous les besoins des habitants en alimentation et en énergie.
De plus, un tel développement réduira considérablement le trafic et contribuera à faire du fleuve de la ville la principale artère de transport.
