This project is for running a simple relay server for telegram, for the purpose of sending message.
Provide ports, token, chat id as required.
docker run -p<EXTERNAL_PORT>:5000 \
-e FLASK_PORT=<PORT>\
-e TELEGRAM_TOKEN=<TOKEN>\
-e TELEGRAM_CHAT_ID=<CHAT_ID>\

To send mesasge, perform a post JSON requests to the server. Example in python's requests
