⁠azcopy-alpine-docker-image

AZCopy docker image to copy content from one Azure storage account to another storage account every 15 minutes.

Create azcopy.sh in the local system.

echo "${NOW} - Copy from one Storage account to another Storage account."
azcopy copy $SOURCE $DEST --recursive=true

Pull the image and override the script with the respective source and destination URL.

Create Dockerfile.

FROM vijaydaswani/azcopy
COPY ./azcopy.sh /etc/periodic/15min/job/

Build the image.

docker build -t azcopy .

Or clone the git repository.

git clone https://github.com/Vijaydaswani/azcopy-alpine-docker-image.git

As you see repository contain 2 files.

  • Dockerfile - In order to build the image out of it.
  • azcopy.sh - edit the azcopy.sh and source SAS URL of the storage account for SOURCE and DESTINATION respectively.
