Working version of rexray scaleio plugin version 0.11.0 with Ubuntu.

Due to lack of some "mounts" in config.json, official rexray plugin doesn't work with error:
After hours of debug, I build a version of rexray/scaleio plugin working with my system.
I just added these mounts in config.json:
