VSecM MaintainersVSecM Community SlackVSecM Official DocsVMware Secrets Manager images are fetched and used during VMware Secrets Manager deployment.
They are NOT intended to be used in an application’s FROM field.
See the VMware Secrets Manager Makefile for more details.
This is an image of a workload to test VMware Secrets Manager on a Kubernetes cluster.
In this particular case, we leverage VMware Secrets Manager Sidecar instead of directly talking to VMware Secrets Manager Safe.
VMware Secrets Manager Sidecar abstracts certain cross-cutting concerns and keeps the workload code agnostic about how VMware Secrets Manager works internally.
If you want finer-grained control, you can use VMware Secrets Manager Go SDK and directly access VMware Secrets Manager Safe.
Check out VMware Secrets Manager’s website for more information about the project, high-level design, contributing guidelines, and code of conduct.
We take VMware Secrets Manager’s security seriously.
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please responsibly disclose it by contacting [email protected].
